How long have you been asleep? If the east hadn't ginned up USAPA and extorted money from the west and squandered dues money on dead-end vindictive lawsuits against individual members, it would have just been a dispute. The "dispute" as you soft pedal it, is a tiny part of a much larger effort by the east to bully the west and force them to pay for it, all the while the east's immaturity costs us all hundreds of thousands and salts the earth between pilots who should be working together.
Go back to sleep, but don't wake up McKee when you slip back into bed.
Seniority negotiation?!? Is that what you numb nutz are pissed about? All this time I thought you were pissed about getting your @ss handed to you in arbitration. If you were part of the most childish, egotistical, retarded seniority negotiation in the history of the world wouldn't you want a 600 dollar tie to commemorate it ?
Then butt the hell out...you don't have a clue.I bet that tie looks real snazzy on you. And I have no side in this shameful turdball of a situation.
Nope, I have yet to hear anyone ask another pilot about their contribution to defending against the USAPA thugs. It's a question everyone already knows the answer to.Hey Grumpy, since you use the magic word (up there in bold), why don't you tell us about the Cactus Pilot badges that indicated the monetary amount contributed to a certain law firm and pilots not displaying that Cactus Pilot badge were put on "no-fly" lists by their fellow West pilots (no access to open time etc.). Remember there are usually three sides to story.
Nope, I have yet to hear anyone ask another pilot about their contribution to defending against the USAPA thugs. It's a question everyone already knows the answer to.
Now tell us about the intimidation of east pilots who rejected USAPA's original questionable card drive. Tell us about the shockingly high dues delinquency rate on the east.
Yes, you're right about the 3 sides of the story: 1st there's USAPA bragging about something they had nothing to do with, then 2 there is USAPA being caught in the lie and backpedaling, and then 3 there is USAPA blaming ALPA or the APA or the West or the court system or....
Yeah Grumpy! I still remember your classy comment/statement about East pilots allowing a fake pilot ride the jumpseat! Fact check was quite different! Talk about lie and backpedaling! What is that called again?
Hey, didn't the Easties agree to binding arbitration and actually approved Nicolau to oversee the whole thing? They could have actually excluded him from the beginning, but instead agreed to abide by his decision. Hmmmm. How did that work out? What a bunch of Jackholes. Don't call others liars when you can't even remember the truth yourself. But.... But... Yeah, that's right, you are wrong.
Bye Bye---Genital Lee
So Dork can't or won't answer the question. It was a pretty simple one. Ask McKee if you need to. Call Bradford or your hero Mike Cleary and ask him about the promises they made while you're at it.Yeah Grumpy! I still remember
