757 Captain pays $93-$95 an hour?! You've got to be kidding me!
Get a clue, they're talking about F/O pay.

You have to understand - those of us w/ the 8" dicks, laugh at the 5" dicks comparing themselves to the 4.5" dicks-
USAIR is dragging down the industry for a decade and that's all that matters-
Sorry if I'm laughing at you, but mine's 8 3/4"
Mine's 5 1/8.
It always pleases me though!
It is more then Westicles get paid.
I think the upward movement, lack of furloughs and a the total stagnation out west proves how important it is to remain separate. New hires would become furlough fodder if the lists would ever get combined.
The Nic was as about as binding as a marriage. The Windfall the Nic created will never happen.

According to these documents AWA Captain's top out at $141.85/hr, and FO's top out at $93.61/hr. There is also a $4.00/$3.00 per hour kicker for HI/Intl (Cosa Rica), so TECHNICALLY the FO going to Hawaii is getting $96.61 in the B757, so that definitely is better than the PHL B757 driver going to Shannon @ the "93- $95 per hour" (our pay is for all fleets, BTW)
Just to be a fair comparison, the 93-95 per hour was for the pilots on the 8-9 year payscale. So a West FO would be making 87-88 per hour... Add in the intl. override and technically a West FO going to Hawaii is making LESS than that pilot going to Shannon...
