Why don't you read the freaking document!!! Not just listen to the sales pitch?

Have YOU read the current US Air contract/pay.

Quit acting like there's soooo much to lose. Up is the only direction for these folks.

...unless they vote it down, then back to workng for peanuts and the unknown.

Unknown def.-Will they make another offer? Maybe they'll just move forward with a pilot group under 2 or 3 payscales/work rules which worked out great for East vs. West, etc.

It's like some of you just like to suffer.

Be cautious in your choice, not paranoid and ridiculous.

"Why don't you read the freaking document!!! Not just listen to the sales pitch?"

I read the document and listened to the sales pitch and even read your opinions posted in this thread.

I am happy to say that I am 100% satisfied in my decision to vote YES on this MOU. It is a positive step forward for all US Air pilots.

You really need to read the MOU with your eyes on what the company can do or not do. Put away you hate for the East just for a moment if that is even possible.

American pilots are 190 pay protected indefinitely
Airways pilot are pay protected for the MTA only.

What does that tell you about where all the 190 will be going?

Furloughed Airways pilot must comply with a preferential hiring agreement and then will be listed on the American list in the order they appear on the property.

Furloughed American pilots will appear on the Airways list in seniority order amongst themselves.

The company MAY go for a single certificate. Why is it do you think that word is in there?

There is much more, but I know there is very little point.

FR8mastr,
What are your thoughts and opinions on the JFK assassination and Sept. 11?

Please vote yes, your payscale was one of the examples Spirit management used to keep our pay so low, even after a strike! Makes me sick to think I still have to deal with a Spirit payscale another unknown amount of years due to our management claiming we would make more than a major (USAirways), embarrassing.

So, with a "Yes" vote on 8 Feb...

...followed by the BK Judge's approval the Nic award gets implemented with the POR.

Everybody's happy.

Angry First Officers out East say vote NO!!!!! Can things get worse than LOA 93 for ten years?

Angry First Officers out east are not being smart.
In fact, these seasoned experts are bordering on being outright dumb.

I would be very surprised if the this MOU is voted down. 65 % for.

M

CLT Rep recall vote failed roughly 70% to 30%.

I think this is a good indicator that the MOU wll pass by similar numbers.
