Damn I could really go for some good news right about now.

Here's some: The West was denied an "en banc" review by the 9th circuit of USAPA's victory over them in its appeal. The good news? I dunno, but maybe, just maybe, we are closer to the day when they stop wasting everyone's time with trying to cash in on the fatally flawed Nicolau "award." As the courts have said, no contract containing that abortion is ratifiable....so let's get on with it.

The East is wasting everyone's time because they fail to live up to there agreements. Dont turn your back on them.

News flash dip********************. Your side wanted arbitration, and chose the arbitrator.
Congrats on being the bottom feeding airline in the industry.....Usapa must be proud!

We wanted fair arbitration, no slanted, biased rulings from a senile arbitraitor. That's the problem with you ALPA minions, you gleefully walk all over your brothers like at NWA yet chastise us for trying to stick up for ourselves. If you were in our shoes you would be doing the same thing as USAPA did!

You got a very fair arbitration.

The arbitrator is still a very well regarded professional.

It's very telling that easties routinely attempt to paint him as senile. You are projecting your own insanity at him.

No-one on the outside shares your view that the award was "slanted" not even your chosen pilot neutral.

Fairness in your eyes is a furloughed east pilot being placed senior to a line holding west captain. Weak and ineffective conditions and restrictions nonwithdstanding, this is an attempted windfall for the east pilots.

In your eyes anything short of a windfall is an "unfair" award.

ANything not respecting DOH is a windfall for one side!

DOH certainly would be a windfall for the east.

It would place pilots who had been on the street for years prior to the merger senior to west captains.

You believe this is justified, but you are in a very small club.
