I totally agree. You should then be pushing to vote that down as its not good for everyone. Under that line of thought. I will be calling you a scab for voting this in as it screws other pilots. You should hold the line and lose your job as a point that flows and such hurt the pilot group.

Ha!

Whatever, the Sand People can suck it.

Probably the worst quote I have seen on FI in years. Insensitive and intellectually dishonest.

Dude, binding arbitration is binding - just like a divorce is a divorce. Those Cactus pilots had the same career aspirations as you guys and they won the legal argument after saving your AZZZZZZZ post 911. Facts are facts. I am sure Parker is aware of that and lawyers will be lined-up to enforce the BINDING agreement before the AA/US merger is consummated. The sooner you guys wake up and smell reality, the better for everyone involved. Comments like these only inflame the situation and make the Easties and their "union" look worse.

Rod,

Learlove is a "third lister", in other words he was hired after the merger occured. So, he apparently has been brainwashed by the Easties, and maybe developed a little Stockholm syndrome from these guys. He felt sorry, and began to believe everything they were saying to him, even though they never told him that their own group AGREED to have Nicolau as the arbitrator, and that their company, the AWA guys, and the USAir guys all agreed to the process, and signed on the bottomline. Maybe integrity doesn't matter to guys like Learlove. Maybe he is scared. The "Sand people"??? Wow, what a meltdown, and his E190 doesn't even fly to PHX in the Summer......He is nervous he will have TONS of Westies bid for his Capt seat as soon as they can, and unfortunately for him they probably will. But, it sounds like his greed for the seat has taken away any ounce of integrity he may have about fairness. (and YES, that is what binding arbitration does) It really is too bad.

Wrong - shows how much you know. Like many other topics you spout your mouth off at stuff you think you know about.

You would do us all a favor if you'd give us your best Kurt Cobain firearms demonstration.

So, you were an MDA guy? Regardless, YOU STILL DON'T SEE THE TRUTH. BINDING ARBITRATION WILL WIN, and that may cost you your left seat. Keep listening to your E190 Capts, they will steer you the right way.....NOT. Tell me I'm wrong about that..... And the funny part is that the only thing I got wrong was the "third lister" part, but you never responded to the rest. You can't, and you know that. OH WELL. BYE!!

Fact: Seniority issues will be a moot point going forward at the new AA/LCC- attrition through retirements will progess everyone's career foward, from this point.

Fact: Delta just found itself the smallest of the legacy carriers.

Great facts. Only one is correct, the second one, and that could change, but third place will make more profits, as is the case currently. Retirements will increase for both, but only after the NIC is applied and then another arbitrator (all watching those sneaky Easties) decides the next list. Will the East try to pull a fast one if they don't like the new SLI? Doubtful, they will be the minority this time. Justice will prevail, and it will be interesting to watch, no doubt!
