How long to hold 75/76?

As of right now? - 3 Years due to seat lock in the A320/Guppy. I hear rumors about lifting the seatlock to fill vacancies for the 75/76 but you really have to make decisions on what is fact. Could the facts change in under 3 years in this business - sure.

You can move to the 767 since they lifted the seat lock last September. You just have to complete training as a new hire on the 320 or 737 and then you can bid and should be able to hold 767.

I could be wrong, but I heard Delta is hiring guys directly into that airplane.

To be honest I would prefer United as crazy as people think I am. I would love the SFO or LAX base. Just trying to get a feel of the wait for different aircraft.
