Nothing so far, but I believe the decision has to be made by week's end. If another airline is linked to this, the lawsuit is as good as dead. At least that is what I'm hoping.

Wonder if the government rushes to settle if the judge rules they have to share their info?

"healthcare premiums will go down."

There are as many more as there are glittering jewels of ignorance who believed it then and and love Him still.

I agree but we are talking about the legal side of things and unless they amend their claim as it stands now it will be hard to get a settlement.

That's what Baer said. But Horton said at the press conference that there are regular talks with the DoJ and that he wouldn't comment any further. Hmmm ...

I didn't even think about it, but I'm beginning to wonder if Levie isn't able to work with the government shutdown. That may be holding up his decision.
