I honestly want this just as bad everyone else maybe even more so than everyone else, but c'mon man.

Info like that doesn't just get "leaked". I want it to be true but until I see the headline in the usa today I'm taking everything I hear as wishful thinking.

I agree. But I gotta tell ya very little has gone well for me in this career. If the merger falls through it would be par for the course.

Talks and a mediator are common in anti trust cases. This isn't anything out if the ordinary, maybe something will happen or maybe not. Just don't get your hopes too high and think they will hammer something out in a week.

I am not being optimistic, but another reason the DOJ might have a weak case...they don't want to show prior merger studies....
