I hope they are talking today, but you say it like it's factual when it's really your opinion based on the market. Is that correct?

Talks and a mediator are common in anti trust cases. This isn't anything out if the ordinary, maybe something will happen or maybe not. Just don't get your hopes too high and think they will hammer something out in a week.

I am not being optimistic, but another reason the DOJ might have a weak case...they don't want to show prior merger studies....
