I'm rooting for this..I'm not just not sure how valid a "leaked" rumor is of a settlement over a month away.
 
Leaked info - DOJ and US will settle next month. Will post more when received.

I honestly want this just as bad everyone else maybe even more so than everyone else, but c'mon man.

Info like that doesn't just get "leaked". I want it to be true but until I see the headline in the usa today I'm taking everything I hear as wishful thinking.
 
DOJ is going to get very embarrassed if this thing goes to trial.

I agree. But I gotta tell ya very little has gone well for me in this career. If the merger falls through it would be par for the course.

And yes I realize it won't be all puppy dogs and rainbows with the merger...
 
I hope it doesn't go thru. Sounds like anti trust issues for sure.

I just won the lottery by sneaking in the back door to SWA. We don't need any more competition.
