Judge said he wanted it scheduled "sooner, rather than later".

ALPA's summary judgement motion and appeal dismissed by Judge.

TWA's motion to reconsider spoilation dismissed by the Judge (although the evidence handed over by ALPA's council, to avoid sanctions by the Bar Assoc., after the drop dead date "may" be introduced at trial).

Gotta run. Just got the Trade-a-plane and there are some tasty Barons in there. Oh, yeah, I almost forgot, Rez and PCL better start putting in the overtime. That assessment ain't gonna pay itself... ;)

J/K, you guys know we love ya!

You don't really think we will pay assessments do you?

Who are they going to have left to assess? Seriously, do you really think we won't immediately vote ALPA out? ALPA will just cease to exist. Once Delta pulls out you can count on the Ual/Cal going also, followed by the rest. This might be the catalyst that causes us to go it alone, which is what a lot of us feel may be best for us. ALPA, as currently structured has possibly outlived its usefulness. The bulk of Alpa's income comes from the biggies (Dal, Ual/Cal, Fdx, Alaska). The regionals don't cover their costs much less the sticky little conflict of interest. Good luck though to you guys. At best you might get some money from the sale of Alpa's assets in a bankruptcy auction along with all the other creditors.
