Yep. And as for their hiring mins, I heard one guy got hired with 371 hours. But yeah, it's better to CFI it for a few more months until you can go somewhere better.

We just hired a guy with 400 TT 20 ME! God I feel sorry for the CA's that have to babysit.

Meanwhile I've got 1185/22 and 1727 navigator hours and they haven't called me. Wonder kid I guess.

To echo the thoughts of many, stay away from Trans States. I flew with a bunch of great guys but the management is worthless.

for all of you low timers I say go to TSA for a while, get your time and get out. If you don't want to flight instruct any more this is the perfect time to build up your hours to 1500 and go to chq. Why pay for multi when you have a dumb "towel head" who will buy it for you

Without any Capt upgrades in class you're gonna have your hands full.
Call a mentor (you get a list in class) for help if you start falling behind.
Get into study groups every day after class.
Memorize your limits and Emergency procedures.

Be interesting to see how many make it, when the first one is online (after IOE) and how many are still around after a year!

Go Jet continues to grow and the people there know it! I am an F.O and am making 36$ an hour because I signed on early with them. In the regional business noboby gives a sh*t who you work for because every mainline guy hates regionals. That's the way it is so why does anybody keep keep posting flame bate about Go Jet??? It's done and that's the way the ball bounces!

I can tell you one thing for sure. We don't hate most regional pilots. We do however hate you. Our union people have been stopping by every newhire class lately and informing people about your company. I'm also hoping that, because you "signed on early" that we have your name. I would just love it if you would come try to interview.

Take your $36 dollars an hour, wipe the snot off your nose, and go home little boy. Uncle H. will take you down into his dark basement and give you a little "surprise" one day. I hope you enjoy it, you most certainly deserve it.
