Profit sharing reduced from 15 percent to 10, to fund the raises

More 76 seat RJ's however a block hour formula reducing overall numbers (even though the overall numbers were going down anyway)

Small DC raise

Overtime flying pay above 85 hours. (to reduce need for pilots)

Promise of a 100 seat aircraft. (heard that before?)

I can't comprehend why they decrease in Profit Sharing. If they company wins, everyone does. The payrates should have been raised on their own merits, not "paid for" by a decrease in PS.
