Yeah, anyone care to share what went on? I guess its not too good for the Expressjet pilots judging by your tone.

Never thought I would say this but mabye I should have stayed at Trans States......jk I'd rather be at Home Depot. Looks like I'll be job hunting soon....

700 Guys on the street.

Maybe I'm a little out of date here, but what is Jerry A doing meeting with XJT MEC, when there is no deal? Also, would this have to do with SkyWest Board (assuming a deal is reached for the purchase of XJT) shutting down the Brand flying?

If that's the case, that sucks. But in reality, many have posted here that Brand flying was going by the wayside anyhow. The end result being the same anyhow--furloughed pilots and quite possibly the liquidation of XJT. At the very least you have a Company absorbing your flying and continuing it. I don't see that as a bad thing unless there are other changes we don't know about yet? Good luck gentlemen.

No, but they sure made it easy for him didn't they.

I dont agree with whats going on what so ever, But I also dont agree that this is the pilots wrong doing. I would have liked to see alpa there but again, who is to say the XJT buyout offer wouldnt have been made if Alpa was voted on the property

You know it may be the best thing for XJT to be bought by Skywest INC. Which... has nothing to do with Skywest pilots. Nor does it have anything to do with ASA pilots since they are owned by INC as well. Matter of fact, most ASA people i've talked to are happy now that Skywest INC took them over. XJT Could actually do well.

At least its not Mesa thats trying to add XJT to their Mix

Branded shut down.. Delta flying + Airplanes transfered to Skywest Airlines. CPA for 205 a/c with CAL for ten years, however after the first 12 months SkyW can transfer some or all of the CAL a/c to SkyW pilots.

Oh and no XJT pilots get to go over to Skyw
