My mistake, I just spoke with my relative and by off the street, she meant furlough recall and I took it for new hire, my bad.

I think that that the point is still the same. The younger new hire FA is what Song had used to help stake it's place and unfortunately those are the same folks who just got tossed under the bus with the up coming furloughs.

I still feel the same way, you can't expect some senior mama or some language qualified FA who is representing you on an international business flight one day to instantly turn into a SWA or Jetblue fa overnight just because you added TV to the back of the headrest.

I don't have an answer, but I would have stayed with Song longer. Otherwise why even get involved. Jetblue had already shown that the Song business plan of cheap prices, spunky FA's and TV would have worked.

Hey G4, I might be wrong, but I thought it was Song that was imitating JetBlue's business plan of TVs and "spunky" inflight crewmembers.
