so with the pilots giving away scope provisions, i guess i won't be getting a call for a class date any time soon huh? Or, are there good restrictions in place?

The code share is for Int'l only (Mexico, etc). Domestic flying is 100% protected...for now.
 
You can put lipstick on a codeshare, it's still codeshare.
 
My vote is NO...there is a lot of stuff in this contract that is the same that we have now. I am not happy with the product presented. The codeshare language just leaves too many open doors, especially after 2012. My vote is sealed as NO. Lets see if others feel the same way.
