Anyone heard when?....how many?...what months of interviewees they are filling them with?...I saw on a previous post the March classes were filled with Sept people...Anyone know how many got the good call in oct, nov dec? I was a Jan good call person. Thanks...any info would be helpful.

Talked to Jenny Box last week. She said they're planning three classes a month threw the summer of 20 each. Was told I'm 6 classes out after the march classes. Interviewed 17 Jan. Was told to expect last class of May or first class of June. Things are fluid though.

I interviewed in October and got the call to continue in Nov. and am starting class on 3/22/06. It will be here soon good luck to all

Yes! Let's hear it for the March 22nd class.:beer: Then, as soon as we're on property...I want lots of classes to follow us. Gotta keep that cross-country commute to Oakland to a minimum.

Good luck to everybody who is waiting, either for an interview, the DB, the call to continue, or the call to go to class. The waiting sucks. The wait for the call after the DB is definitely the worse of all. Nobody can really prepare you for it. Just hang in there.

Is OAK where all of the new hires are going? Thanks....BTW...I will fly out of anywhere as long as the airplane is Canyon Blue with Southwest painted on the tail. Can't wait to get on property!!!

Got a call yesterday for the April 5th class. Interviewed Oct 17th (2nd week of interviews).

PD said the are expecting 3 classes in April, May, and June (yeah--9 total). This is only a projection but it looks like the training dept will be very busy.

Interviewed in Sep with the call in Oct. Got called yesterday for the 5 April class. FWIW, I was told I would have been in an earlier class based on my interview date but was not available to start until April.

Congrats to all. Great to have all the classes so far this year. I just started 2nd year & life gets better every day. I have moved up the ladder quickly thus far. Schedules are very, very flexible. I get weekend lines often but can almost always improve them through ELITT. Keep fighting the fight. It is worth it once you get here.

Most of my lines average 100 trips for pay. It is easy to improve that to 130 trips. $45 per trip 1st year, $75 per year 2nd year.

Jan board folks. . .

Has anyone from the Jan decision board had an update on expected class date lately? I am hearing a lot of Sep, Oct, Nov board info here. Just waiting to get that last piece of the puzzle figured out. Good luck to all. Looking to a "warm" welcoming party!

I have two friends from the Jan board that got the call a couple of days ago for April classes. I believe they interviewed in Nov.

Anybody know how many weeks they interviewed in Nov/Dec? With that I could rough guess the #'s....I interviewed in Jan Called in Feb...This wait is tough....not as tough as the wait for the DB though.
BTW....I feel for you guys and gals that were called a few years back and had to wait almost two years. Don't know how you stood it.
I am so excited....just can't wait to get on property.

Got the call yesterday for April 12th class. I interviewed Nov 14th. HR told me that there would be 20 in my class and there would be 3 classes a month for a "while."

Myself and at least three others from the 9Nov interview group have 12Apr class dates. We were in the Jan DB and got our class dates during the last few days (13-15Mar). I believe there were 7 of us that got hired out of that group of 18. Probably some are not available until later. Also one late Oct interviewee I know will be there with us. There were suppose to be 6 groups of 18 in Nov. Good luck to everyone who's waiting and combing these threads

A friend of mine interviewed on Nov 15th just got the call for the April 12th class. I interviewed on Nov 16th and am still waiting for a class date. It's amazing the difference interviewing a day later can make. Well, I am sure it is coming soon enough!

Monday-Thursday, first 2 full weeks of Dec. I think that's right, cause I was given the choice of Dec. 5-8 or 12-14.

I was told about a month ago to expect a class sometime in early May. I hope "sometime in May" really means late April!

I talked to the PD today, they confirmed a previous rumor heard here of 3 April classes, and 3 May. No dates on the May classes yet, but calls would be going out aprox. 4 weeks prior. Good luck!

The 'other' April/SWA thread says two classes of 24 each. I've heard 3 classes a month through July. Any facts floating around here? Also, who is getting called for the 2nd/3rd classes of April (intervew dates, etc).
