I know, it's hard to dispute facts.
Now we can all see how high you are.

I know, it's hard to dispute facts.
But GK just stated this after the deal was done. Great sales job to the DOJ if you ask me.
I know, it's hard to dispute facts.
Careful, you'll get my gay stalker Uppercrud all excited.Yeah, Ty knows all about "back door deals"![]()
Hey snorter.
Market caps and debt to income ratios. Latest quarterly earnings.
Yes I'll agree both airlines are better together. However, to make the kind of statement you made .. That is factually incorrect, oddly naive and simply arrogant. Not wise.
Careful, you'll get my gay stalker Uppercrud all excited.![]()
All that yet according to YOUR boss, SWA still couldn't grow with that pesky little AirTran in the way. All the while we've been growing. Hmm, facts are hard.
I'm going fishing tomorrow. What are you guys gonna do?
Gup
I can't understand why you think facts are so hard?
Just look at the actual numbers and evidence. I like how you are focused on pr statements used to appease stockholders and the doj.
Who has the tougher job? The SWA MC, or the AT MC? I think clearly the SWA MC has the tougher job. They have a determined group of FO's and junior CA's looking for protection with this SLI and there is a bunch of them. I see a negotiated SLI coming under greater scrutiny from the SWA pilots than the AT pilots. So the irony I predict (and this is for you General), is that if the SLI goes to arbitration, it will be because the SWA pilots voted the negotiated SLI down.
Commuting home right now on you guys, then going to my son's soccer game (should just make it), swimming (been teaching him all winter, he's just about got it), then a BBQ b-day party for a good friend of mine in the evening. It's gonna be a great weekend!I'm going fishing tomorrow. What are you guys gonna do?
Gup
Careful... I got yelled at for posting something similar about two weeks ago.Who has the tougher job? The SWA MC, or the AT MC? I think clearly the SWA MC has the tougher job. Your own boss said you couldn't grow without us. His words, not mine. Sounds to me like you needed us more than you know.
True statement! I would add that Gary Kelly might make the Southwest Pilots, "an offer they can't refuse" to keep it from arbitration.
Riiiiigggghhhhttttt.
The latest statement from GK on May 10th was a week AFTER DOCC, two weeks AFTER DOJ approval, and six weeks AFTER AAI shareholder approval. Who is GK trying to appease now?
Me thinks he may be trying to inject some reality into the thought processes of his own troops.
AAI was the one looking for a buyer. Some of you guys have the spin machine in weekend overdrive.
Looks like there has been a pr campaign going on. While I appreciate you posting "facts," no data at all has been posted here.
Truth be told, it's now out of all of our hands. It appears the deck has been stacked on the one side. On the other, they are focused on the transaction and the history of that companies previous transactions.
In the end we will each be making a decision on our futures. For you it's what Gk said which will determine your vote and I respect your virtues. Likewise I respect 9s. You guys believe in what you believe in and so be it.
I think I'm done with this for awhile. It's obvious from many posts on flight
info that certain people do not want a negotiated solution. We can all acknowledge there are certain risks to arbitration. Some of these things are seniority, some are culture and others are work enviornment for example. I can see a very divisive attitude and position on the matter. I'll just accept it as a matter of fact.
Happy flying to y'all. Happy fishing. Happy boating.
Time to shut my mouth.
