Wrong OYS. On glideslope in the tdz. Try again!
How does "slamming it on" help maintain one's "schedule"?
We get it OYS, you are a SWA hater. I've flown SWA numerous times, and can count on on hand the number of "hard" landings you speak of. I guess you being at Delta feel others to be inferior to your superior pilot skills?!?!
Oh, now I get it! Nice try but no, we don't do that. Try to grease em as much as we can. Passengers and FAs likey.
Maybe "waiting for numbers" and windchecks enhance fuselage integrity. As former UAL and now big D you should know that your airline's next incident/screwup/media pounding is only a matter of time away and those who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.
Not a SWA hater, just trying to figure out how this can happen. Even Boeing is trying to figure it out. You probably think they hate SWA too? Don't get paranoid.
OYS
Nice attempt at backtracking once you painted yourself in the corner.
'Slamming' it on doesn't help the schedule at all. Again....all Delta Flamebait.
If you had personal problems, like ED, you'd take Cialis, right? Sure you do.
OYS
Putting it on hard and grabbing the binders is just something you can't get away with on the wide bodies as a landing at 490,000 lbs will break things every time if you operate hard and aggressively.
Be safe out there!
