It should read,
"Union Membership raises incomes, benefits and quality of life".

It amazes me that some people want to lower their QOL. I guess some want to be slaves.

Now where is the study that shows non-union folks have a higher unemployment rate..

The REAL question is, how many non-union people become unemployed with the union people on furlough (or strike )when the air carrier can no longer afford to keep them employed because of a union action? Do I get double credits? (That's providing I get 1 credit for each time it happened with a different union carrier) Should I be sad that I can't get a third credit because I no longer work for a union carrier? Not!!

You get extra points subtracted...

The real question should be how many non-union people became unemployed because the Management played games refused to DO THE RIGHT THING and delayed settling the contract negotiations to the point a strike or furlough became necessary? Costing the company countless millions of dollars!

I will bet $100 a point my IQ is higher than yours.

I'll take that bet. You can donate my $1,200 winnings to charity.

You keep referencing your education but you are not as educated as I.

If you would like to take the IQ test challenge be my guest.

Here are my results. If you who are so much more educated score higher ... please let us know.

Congratulations, xxxxx!
Your IQ score is 140

FamilyGuy, your Super IQ score is 152
Your overall intelligence quotient is the result of a scientifically-tested formula based on how many questions you answered correctly. But it's only part of what we learned about you from your answers on the test. We also determined the way you process information.

The way you think about things makes you a Complex Intellectual. This means you are highly intelligent and have extraordinarily strong verbal and math skills. Compared to others you are a highly conceptual and complex thinker and are able to understand information in an abstract form. You also show great attention to detail. In fact, it's hard to find something you're not good at.
How did we determine that your thinking style is that of a Complex Intellectual? When we examined your test results further, we analyzed how you scored on 8 dimensions of intelligence: spatial, organizational, abstract reasoning, logical, mechanical, verbal, visual and numerical. The 3 dimensions you scored highest on combine to make you a Complex Intellectual. Only 6 out of 1,000 people have this rare combination of abilities.

Well, NJA has a great union that got us a pretty good contract, and now the company is growing faster and making more money (which puts more pilots to work) than the non union fracs.
