Good statement, but meaningless w/o details... ??

rumor is raises given to people who do not exist on the list i.e. senior F/O's (8-12 years) and junior CA's (2-8 years)... MEC has not issued one iota of info on the TA other than "you have to keep the entire deal in mind" and "without a scope clause any contract is poor" so I guess we got that going for us.
 
So how much better is the new Spirit TA than the FAR based CAL contract?

Does Spirit have scope protection?
Does the Spirit TA have duty rigs? CAL doesn't.
Does the new TA have more than 13 days off a month on reserve?
Do Spirit pilots have a line bidding system with lines published in advance?
Does Spirit get paid for being in training or a token 2 hours a day?
Does Spirit have fixed health insurance costs for the life of the contract?
Do the LAV cleaners at Spirit ride senior to the pilots during non-reving?

CAL's contract isn't any better than a Gulfstream contract.
