TJ,

You are mistaken on your Morris history.

The Morris Chief pilot offered to fire anyone that SWA didn't want and a couple that he thought SWA wouldn't want. SWA said no.

It was Swapa that pushed the company into taking everyone and the probationary year was a given, not a punishment.

The Morris guys themselves were split between the Sierra Pacific guys and the Ryan guys (who got stapled).

Most of the Morris guys were doing back-flips to come to SWA and wouldn't have done anything to jeopardize that.

For some reason, that picture of Jesus looks familiar.

"...I was gonna #$$% you @# #@! !@#$ on saturday....I'll @##$ you #$ $% @#$ on Wed. instead...."

...About like this POS TA....Busch league BS

Everyone like to bring up the Morris deal when speaking about potential acquisitions, and get their SLI panties in a knot over imaginary deals ...but there's another past model out there. That model was when SWA acquired Muse. Discuss.

Morris and Muse both happened a long time ago. A LOT of M&A water has passed under the bridge and McCaskill/Bond has also changed the landscape appreciably. anyone that thinks we'll get away with "planes and no pilots" or "staple" needs to study up a bit.

Making sense is NOT appreciated on FI.com. Shame on you!
