The rail car business has been in trouble for quite some time as well. Just because we are sad to no longer be part of Bombardier doesn't mean we're not aware of their troubles.
 
KR must really be kicking himself with that news. If he had just waited a few more months, he could have gained control of Flex for less. His return on equity would have been higher and the investors would be even happier. Little did he realize, the mess KR created is going to cost $$$$.
