I guess when I said that I didnt phrase it correctly. I did not fight him on the controls, that is stupid. He tried to take the airplane in the flair after not having hand flown it for the past 15 mins and didnt know what the wind was doing. He never said my airplane, like you are supposed to. I held the controls in that were appropriate while he tried to over control the aircraft. I did not try to do one thing and him do another, I tried to keep him from over controling the aircraft. He does this with every person he flies with, not just me. Every landing with every person, he tries to "help" in the flair when help is not needed. He does not brief this nor is it wanted or needed in many situations. I will be the first person to ask a captain for a bit of help in a stiff crosswind or gusty conditions, but when they try to take the airplane in the flair because of what ever reason they have, say "My Aircraft" and ill let go, until then, its still my aircraft. OK, thats done. no more talking about that.
I have resumes out at AWAC, Expressjet, Pinnacle, PSA, IslandAir, Horizon, Mesa, and I was going to go to the skywest career thing, but was stuck in IAD. I guess I wouldnt qualify for a job there anyway since I dont have the 1000 total time.
