248 hasn't been making much sense lately since he hit his head on the side of a lav truck in MKE while slipping on ice. Plain and simple, hiring people is a good thing. Who knows when the next class is but I am sure poolies will be the first to know. I have said it before a thousand times, MEH is a conservative company who thinks about growth a long time before they do it. Sooooo, hiring pilots is something that they thought out thoroughly.

248...1-800-TRK-MSTR is the # youre looking for. I commute from East Troy, that's 45minutes for me. And 248 commutes from Bizzaro World, That is definitely a 2 legger!

Skyway and Expressjet have multiple direct flights daily
 
45 Minutes My Arse!

EX CV580 has the easiest commute of anyone. He just has an East Troy jump plane drop his posterior out over MKE. Sometimes he lands at D52, sometimes he lands at the GRE on top of a broken QS Citation. Other times he lands at the Landmark but I think that's probably intentional. :D
 
Someone say BEER? I still have 47 more to go on my sudds club card. Anyone up for another get together at the Landmark? Yes it is always intentional cookie...landing at work is purely a mis-calculation of winds aloft, I would never intentionally end up at work.

Yea but at least the FA's on the flights from fantasyland are hot. They also want to do me. It's a great place to live, if only I could work there too.

I havent seen the dent myself yet but it must be significant. It must have messed you up bad. I wouldnt be surprised if you started saying crazy things like you are a good pilot and sh!t.

Even I wouldn't go that far... or maybe. Considering some of the people I've flown with recently, I'm freakin Chuck Yeager, unlike a certain pickle who couldn't remember an in-range checklist to save his life. Hoser
 
Thats what the AutoFX OFF Anunnciator is for. Always reminds me to do an In range checklist;)
 
For most of us that is the idiot light that tells us we forgot something. For Pickle, it tells her it's time for something, can't remember what though, thank God for FO's.
 
I heard there were folks back down at Myrtle Beach looking over Do-jets a week or so ago. Any new rumors about the place?

Last time it turned out to be a nothing event. But, if the price falls to the right price...you know muther MA will finally do something. We know they never to anything fast nor any cheaper than they possibly get away with.

Does anyone care to share their 1st and 2nd year take home pay? I know what the min pay is, but wondering if I could afford to go there. I would also have to commute from SLC (yuck!), but I have a free crashpad in MKE since it's the homeland. Anyone know the reserve callout times?
 
90 minutes call out

And, my w-2 for the first year was about 18k. But, that free crash pad would help out. With today's contract, first year would be $19 an hour (that's pulled from memory and without checking the scale).

Was that 18k on the $19/hr?

I was hoping they would have a 2hr call out since my parents live in the Dells (exactly 2hrs), oh well, either way the commute would suck.
 
Making it from the Dells to MKE and getting checked in within 120 minutes would be tough. I would not chance it.

No, my first year's W-2 was at a whopping $16 an hour. I still HATE and I think I will forever hate Ramman Noodles and Mac & Cheese because of that.
 
Plus another year of concessed rates, again thanks to the Captains for taking the bullet for the FO's back then.
