Or, we could talk about how we feel when a customer and their dog get off the aircraft leaving a nice steaming pile of awesomeness there for someone to clean up.

We had an owner at my last job who would show up very early, sit in the FBO lounge until we escorted him to the a/c and make a beeline for the lav as soon as he was aboard. Every time! :erm:

Uh... no. We had a real honedt to goodness lav with a sliding door and all. The unit is the same as used in the Citation Ultra, but the remove/replace geometry is much more remover/replacer friendly.
 
Funny, in indoc a looong time ago I was told that Santulli had personally kicked her out of the program. Had something to do with verbal abuse of a flight crew over a weather delay in Aspen. Must have been BS if she only left recently.

You heard right. She got the boot from the Godfather. Came back after her little stint in lock-up on a Marquis Card. Good riddance if you ask me...
 
Wow, pilots are their own worst enemies. You get back what you put out. Pilots seem to think they are devoid of putting out negative vibes. Losing customers is a direct result. But so many future customers are in line to get in it doesn't matter does it...?
