We are in control of nothing when it comes to your employment. I fly my trips, I do my part, I go home. Really. I thought you made hiring decisions at NJA. I must have been mistaken.

You are getting as much info as those of us still active. Specifics that are available are posted on NJPILOTS.ORG by a few active pilots. Anything more specific is simply not available, even to the union.

Now that you've had another successful and productive session, what else can I do to help you?
In the absence of 482 pilots, the heat is slowly building to work us all harder. The pressure is building and will eventually give way to recalls... when responsible staffing decisions are made.
It's not easy to be on the outside and soon enough it will not be easy to be on the line working 14 hour, 5 leg shifts for 7 days in a row. Please know that it's just not a bowl of cherries from either position.
Speaking of perspective... Here's to hoping that someday you experience a good change of the one you have now. It happens with time, and usually it's a good thing.

(If you care, I'm on my 5th job in 10 years, through no fault of my own.) I've figured out how to make it without NJA. ..BBBBUUUUTTTTT I'm still gonna b.itch about it!

If you'd take the time to actually read and not see what you want to see, you'd come to realize nobody is asking for your help with anything. I don't recall asking for your help. I've managed without NJA, and this is not my first paper route when it comes to aviation jobs, furloughs, bankruptcies or being in a union.
BTW,they can only TRY to make you do 14hr,5leg,7day trips...Whether you do them or not is up to you.
