That may be but they are still making better money doing that then your 190 drivers.

I do not, nor have I never flown for any Republic Airways Holdings airline.

I just like pointing out the blatant hypocrisy of a pilot whose group was among the very first to put immense downward wage pressure on their peers by flying larger airplanes for no increase in pay in blasting Republic pilots for their wages...set in a long-expired contract that went into effect in October 2003.

Steveair wants to compare RAH's 190 rates that were set in 2003 to JetBlue's rates set in 2009....but that's much more of an apples-to-oranges situation than a comparison of Comair's CRJ70 rates the day Skywest pilots started "70 seats for 50 pay".

"Lowering the bar" cuts both ways...

So, Frontier and Chataquah are under one list with the Republic pilots?

republic, shuttle america, chautauqua are already one list, frontier, midwest, and RAH groups going through merger process now, so yes, Frontier and Chautauqua will be on the same master list

come on in and buy us Eagle

average senority of a eagle pilot is 10 years, and that is for a F.O the average for a captain at Eagle is 18-20 years, so who is up for merging, anyone, anyone at all, please stand up. lets play

That might be interesting.

Actually, the average longevity of Eagle pilots is 10+ years.

Does longevity equal seniority? If you have longevity, then yes. If you have seniority, then no.

Either way, RAH is not going to buy Eagle, and the absurd comparison of longevity does nothing but fan the flames of FI.

Took my cousin 9.5 years to finally make captain last month.

If they do buy them please have these know-it-all Repugnant FO's fly with Tiny and Hounddog (someone who actually killed someone before in his house).

10 years to make $80K. That is rough. I truly feel for the guy/gal.

I hope your statement was an honest one. It kind of sounded like you were being facetious. 10 years to make 80 grand as an airline pilot is unconscionable. Plus the 4 years of school prior to that, and we are talking 14 years. Keep in mind the folks now finally upgrading at Eagle were hired well before 9-11 and most didn't come from the pilot factories. Unlike the kids at RAH who have mommy and daddy pay the 100 grand for flight school and a year later they are flying a 50-90 seat jet at RAH and 2 years later in the CA seat.

So for the Eagle folks that have had to endure 10 years in the right seat earning somewhere in the 30 grand range, it truly was rough and anyone in this profession ought to feel for them! Unlike the kids at RAH who do not understand the concept of hardship and paying dues.

So,to sum it up:

Eagle F/O's at 30K after 10 years=good
RAH F/O's at 30K after year 4= bad

No -pair them with some bitter ex-MEH dude instead...And "someone who actually killed someone before in his house) " is supposed to mean what, exactly ? You think somebody is gonna "straighten out" those evil RAH F/O's ? Are they supposed to be scared ? You=joke.
