I don't really believe those charts....but even using those charts, I get a bigger tax cut with McCain and Obama is giving money to those who don't currenty pay taxes.......

Capital gains taxes will go up with Obama......and that will affect most of us.....

The govt. needs to be smaller....not bigger...They already get too much of my money.....

Lame cop out. I think he was asking if you're a rep, which should be obvious considering you always parrot the ALPA party line, just like your buddy rez-o-lution. As I told him, they must teach you guys this stuff in rep school:

1. Never admit ALPA is wrong.
2. Attack anyone who questions ALPA, using personal attacks if necessary, hoping to undermine their credibility.
3. Blame the membership and their lack of involvement for the problems you as a rep can't solve.

These are standard attacks from the ALPA cheerleading section.....They can't stand attacks on ALPA and they teach you in ALPA training to avoid this being aired in public....The best thing you can do if you don't agree it to continue to attack the policies in public........It does make a difference and it is noticed.....

Dissent is fine... but there is a way to handle it in a democratic organization...

Withholding meeting minutes and conducting lawsuits is also poor form....


The US gov't allows dissent but it also doesn't tolerate active efforts to obstruct and undermine it. Hence treason.


Mature, intelligent, well thought out and respectfully delivered opposition and dissent is fine.... In fact don't you agree that that is how it should be communicated...

Or do you think dissent should be fist on the table banging, yelling, deceitful, disrespectful and untrustworthy?

Actually, he's raking in a $120,000 a year ALPA paid pension, but that's not important right now...

Actually Duane Woerth's pension is just shy of 150K per year...but you regional pilots need to pay more in dues......

But for reps that are serious about being leaders ALPA needs to address this... it is something that needs to improve..

As far public speaking etc... the reason why is because management simply uses it as a wedge to divide and conquer...

Most relationships that require effectiveness and teamwork have close communications.... not too many people work out of the corporate lobby... rather meetings are done in offices and conference rooms with the appropriate level of discretion...

But I digress......Large organizations only change course when their malfesence is brought to light in public.....Any organization that doesn't like issues being debated in the public square is questionable....Deal with it in public.....Me thinks you don't really like democracy....Only your form of democracy......

My gross income has gone up every year during Bush...How is that? My net has also gone up as I have been able to keep more of it for myself.....

Which candidate is better for the airline industry? You can't squeeze blood out of a turnip....If the airlines don't make money......Collective bargaining isn't going to increase any gross income.....How can you increase gross income out of companies that are losing money?
