That isn't how it works. All things being equal, they may choose a "diversity candidate." That means they are just as qualified as you are. Delta has no shortage of applications, and they won't hire someone who isn't good enough to make it through training, even if they are a diversity candidate.








Are you serious? I guess you've never heard about all the 250 to 1000 hour wonders that have been hired by many major airlines(passenger and freight), as well as high paying corporate flying jobs based on gender and or race as a qualification? I have no problem with "equal rights", but "equal rights" doesn't mean "good enough to make it through training"! How about hiring the most qualified person regardless of gender or race????
