I believe it depends in what form it comes back in. Formula or list. If it's some sort of formula there may be a delay to digest. Even then, there might be a delay to make a unified statement. I'm sure they will let us know as soon as they can.

Understandable. But no ones going to lose their jobs in this, and those that were furloughed will have over 300 newhires below them no matter how the integration goes. Also, no one can lose their current seat. It's out of our hands for now, and we can only individually hope for the solution that is best for each of us.

According to the email last week, he is almost done. When it says we will receive it by today, that what it means. I'm sure by 5 pm we will all know our fate.

Today, Mr. Bloch has contacted the three Merger Committee chairmen regarding the Seniority List Integration Decision. He has indicated that his Decision and Award is almost complete and will be released on or before next Friday, May 20.



This guy is a flat out lier. Someone needs to put the heat on him. He has a job to do and is being paid for his services. If he said it will be done today, then that is the expectation that I have. Enough of the games. I hope all 3 unions let this guy know that this is not acceptable.

My personal opinion is that I would rather it be right when it is published, rather than 6 amendments to correct mistakes. If it takes the weekend to do that, the so be it.
