Hey, Bobby D-

News Flash- You don't work for either airline. And you likely never will.

How about we worry about our business, and you worry about yours?

Even Staple. Anything to put us out of our misery. The MESA with boeings has gotten worse by the day. I am sure you will NOT see a crazy reaction like Frontier pilots had!!!! See where that got them.....

Southwest CEO on mergers: 'Never say never'

Southwest Airlines chief says 'never say never' to the idea of a merger
Not an awful perspective to keep as this progresses.
Realistically, from AirTrannies only- what do you honestly think is the percentage that feel the way this poster did in December 2009?

Lear,

You can hide Bobbie but you can't hide your own comments. Sorry...had to go there. How was your dinner?

Speak for yourself, skippy, as long as there was a no-furlough clause, I'd take the longevity pay and happily go sit reserve in MCO, MDW, wherever...

How about Oakland and if you don't like it then you can interview again for the third time!

Dinner was great, we had a huge birthday party for a friend of mine, got to see a few people I hadn't seen in years (gotta love Facebook), the kids went crazy until they collapsed asleep, and slept in today. Cold but the rain held off long enough to go to the street carnival up the road with my son and girlfriend. Great weekend, altogether.

And if Skipper was quoting me, I've said it before, I wasn't in the 121 world back when I made that statement, was still fighting to get my job back and would have been happy to be anywhere other than where I was. Pretty crappy time in my life. Happy to see more and more people at AirTran responsible for that crap hitting the road permanently. Gonna open a bottle of Dom P when the last of them is no longer in a management position or permanently elsewhere in the corporate world. :D

Either way, my personal feelings at the time aren't indicative of the AirTran pilot group at large. One person is hardly an indication of the entire pilot group's thoughts on an SLI. But if it makes ole B.D. happy to quote me over and over again like it's accomplishing something... hey, that's what he does. It's why we call him "skipper"... like a broken record... skip... skip... skip... ;)
