Good!!!! We should should atleast get Horizon rates and better!!

US Airways was the most Profitable Airline the last 2 years!!! Show us not only respect, but money!

I think they did the right thing. The LTP FO rates sucked and if it went to a vote the senior guys would probably screw us just like the horrible FO jet payrates we have (not to mention the -300 pay).

I am a Captain at PDT and I would have voted no! Bottom line is that Horizon can make money with there rates, so we can too!

Plus after all the abuse we have suffer thru the last 5 years we need to get PAID!

US Airways has been the most Profitable Airline the last two years!! Grrrrrrrrrr.. Show us some money and respect!

speaking of Piedmont, I just js on them this weekend. Anyone have an address where I could send an attaboy?

I hear ya. It would be great if they could get the CA more money too, but those rates aren't too bad.

However, the rate at 5 years for a FO is $36, which is what a lot of the 50 seat jet FO's make their second year on an airplane that makes no money. That is unacceptable.

I suppose that before colgan had Q rates we were in a much better position to negotiate. What happens if colgan flys 400's for Airways?

400s are still scoped out.

Those CA rates don't seem too bad (they are higher than ASA's TA'd 70 seat CA rates through year 7) but the FO rates are awful. Has your NC never heard of paying FOs 60% of CA rates?

How many folks have been at Piedmont 18 or more years?

Management has a history of refusing to negotiate much in the way of FO rates. This was no different.

I know it's more than you guys are making at PSA. Hopefully shooting them down will help with that when you guys go to the table.

Now it could get interesting. The company doesn't necessarily have to come back to the table if they're serious about getting some new metal. Our contract allows them to fly a new airplane on the property with no rates in place for a specified amount of time, then go to arbitration on the rates (I think that's how it works anyway. Could be mistaken). One of several different scenarios could play out.

What the heck is LTP, and does anyone want to meet up at Jack Willies for a couple cold ones? I keep in touch with Garvey and McKinney... anyone?

They not better than PSA, completely. PSA CA rates are higher and some of the PDT FO Rates are higher. You also don't see a $100+ rate at PDT. If PDT is negotiating a blended rate than disregard this post because I'm posting 70 seats rates only.

Throw out the first year PSA CA rate, that rate was negotiated because there are no 1 year PSA CA's, only J4J's would fall into that category. Again, these are the 70 seat rates negotiated in bankruptcy, not the blended rates:

I heard a capt I assumed was in the know say they rejected them largely due to the FO rates. MEC will try to get us a couple more bucks an hour... Who cares though, we don't get airplanes until scope relief, which depends on rate/benefit increases at East mainline, which depends on seniority integration, and isn't helped by the AAA ALPA jerkoffs who are trying to just survive.....

I see you've been served your dose of reality this morning!

Believe....... Scope is a small bump in the road! If they want us to Operate Large TurboProps we will! For the right price that is.....

I talked to DM today about the rates. He was up all night (until 3am with a 5am show) adjusting the rates. He took two dollars from CA year two pay and gave it to the FO amongst some other things. He had to hand them in today so Steve F could take them to Parker this afternoon.

He also commented on Air Wisconsin getting part of the flow thru. He thinks it’s just tactic.
