How long do they spread uniform payments out???

What about health and dental insurance? I know for some of us underpaid folks quite a few of our $$$ go to pay for insurance.

1st yrs pay

On this 1st year FO pay. I have a buddy who is in the tail end of his second yr. He said his W2 had him at $42K plus change for his 1st yr and he did no extra flying. His second yr he finally started picking up some extra time and said he will make close to $70K if he keeps it up, thats is still with 13 to 16 days off and commuting. He is glad the training has picked up not only for moving up the list but he has also been pay assigned twice.

That will be nice for those getting in now with the proposed big hire for '04.

This is all I know and this is all I am saying (for now).

pay assigned

Pay assigned is when you get taken off your trip for training and they pay you to sit at home while someone else flies your trip for training.
