The horizon rumor has been floating around since the day PNCL mgmt bought the first round of Q 400's so it may be the first "rumblings" on FI but many have been hearing this for 3+ years. Nothing with substance beyond a common Q400 fleet.

Grow a pair and set the friggin parking brake, and fly really safe airplanes. It sucks, but it's inevitable.
