any idea of what the minimums are to apply here, cant find any info elsewhere

They don't have minimums.

They like to see an internal reccommendation, as they have a small pilot group.

As for mins if you have a recommendation? 1000 TPIC and 3000 hours will get you in the door.

My 4500 TT and 1900 TPIC (all Turboprop) got me an interview and job offer without a recomendation, just a resume sent in cold. Took about 2 months for a call. Seemed like great people, the CP was a guy that I wanted to work for, positive, personable, realistic. Didn't take the class only cause I got a better job offer, and then an even better one. No fault of NAA.

Just interviewed for an Aug. 20 class date. Anyone know how long it takes to get an offer (or a rejection letter)?

I would think no more than a week or 2. Mostly they interview people they want to hire, so unless you didn't do well, you should be hearing the good news shortly. Best of luck.
Sincerely,
Coastinout
