You're right... Flex doesn't furlough because that is what's done when you have a union in place. Flex lays-off or terminates employment (nit picking... I know).


If you really want to nit pick here is the definition of a Furlough.

"A furlough is a temporary leave of absence from employment, duty in the armed services, or from a prison term."

Last I heard there were no unions in the military or in prison inmates. Let's not make this into a union v. non-union thing.

and in addition to citation shares didnt options furlough today as well ?


No furloughs, in addition to the ones that already occurred earlier this year, have been announced. Only the "possibility" if industry conditions don't improve.:(

That's what they said prior to the first lay off. Hate to see it happen but I wouldn't be surprised if more folks were put on the street.
