I thought XO Jet had 4 domiciles... Sacramento, Phoenix, SoCal and North East coast? Do you know something different?
Since only the new 7&7 payscale was posted, I'll post the rest. The 7&7 payscale is the lowest of the three schedules. I'll post year 1, year 5, and year 10.

When you start on "day 1" you are paid at the "18-day Hard" rate or $69,188. Is that correct?
No.Also is there any provision in the TA for COLA adjustments?
It's pretty linear, which is fine with me. There's a little bit of a jump from year two to three. Here are the first four years, to give you an idea:Is it pretty linear from year 1 - 5 or is there a big jump from year 1 to year 2 like the airlines do.
There are a few other things that will happen with the aggrement, such as opening up of baseing to 100 airports for the guys hired after the 2005ta, and other things
Is that new basing only for the guys hired after the 2005 TA or is that for ALL new hires as well?
Yes and yes.
It covers everyone hired after the 2005 contract, and that would include someone hired tomorrow.
The only grandfathering involves those hired prior to the 2005 CBA and their Home Base Airports.
One thing to consider is who you are flying around? At the Frac's you are flying the RICHEST People in the world around. The RICHEST people in the world do not get affected by blips in the economy. Where as the middle and working class are flying on airlines. If the middle/working guy is feeling the pinch then the airline are too. That is one factor when considering where to go. Flying for a mainline carrier over 30 years you will most likely make more, but you will have interuption with your pay check. Its all about job security. Remember the RICH are getting RICHER. Just food for thought.
