The Union caused this themselves with the idiotic fatigue report in which you lose Sick Days for if you forget to do it. What a f in joke!

No, the joke is the pilot that is too chicken-poo to call fatigue because he has to fill a report out. I did it more than once, and guess what happened? Not a thing. Perhaps if people are afraid to fatigue because they're scared of filing a report, they shouldn't be making command decisions in the first place.

Amen brother !

There's a lot more to being a captain then sitting in the left seat and ordering fuel.

Ok, then you keep flying tired and flying equipment that should be written up. Just read the last 411 and you'll understand where I'm coming from. Good god man even Luthi can see what/where this is heading. Open your eyes a bit.

Nothing against my co-workers, except those that are too afraid to fatigue or write a/c up because they want to be the saviors of the company. It's a fact that there are those that think if they get every flight accomplished no matter what, they'll somehow keep owners and improve NJA.

And BTW I'm trying not to come back, like many of the others also. NJA has become the worst job possible because most of the 495 can't find work BECAUSE of having worked for NJA. And recall in 5-10 years may be the only possibility of employment (that is enjoyable).

I'd be much happier if you licked the underside of my ballsack, but your probably already giving DS the reach around.:D (sorry couldn't resist)

Tough words from someone out in the anonymous internet, Poser.
Sorry for your troubles, you're miserable, you want everyone else to be.
That's your disgruntled interpretation of what was posted.

You are right to a point but there are guys out there that don't fatigue because the union F ed the pooch and required this dumb ass report.

We all know it! You can't hide. This was stupid as ********************.

Nope, it appears to me, you have your anger misplaced.
That was report was negotiated in order to get the best fatigue policy in the industry.
You and CRJ seem to want to characterize everyone, your coworkers, as afraid to fill out a report.
How many of those reports did you fill out?
Another poser.

Management hired you, not the union.

Wrong

I'm just saying they F ed up by putting this in the contract. Pretty simple for 95 percent of the pilots here to understand.

It's called negotiation, stop trying to make an issue out of the act of filling out a simple report.
I understand you're miserable, you're angry at the wrong folks.

I'm not angry. I'm pointing out a major mistake that was made. These are the mistakes that we cannot afford to make anymore. Hopefully the upcoming election will solve this problem.

I filled out my fair share when necessary.

trust me I'd say it too your face also with no problem. (but how quick would you take it to Pro Standards or management to cry would be the question)

Not miserable, bitter maybe. My life has actually been on the up and up recently. Now I'm just sitting back and amazed at the blinders some have on as to what NJA is going to become.
