Pinnacle is the sell out of the industry. you claim it was for career progression... BS! you saved the senior 380 pilots and screwed the rest of the industry by buying the votes so that POS TA would pass. You misled your own pilots by showing pay rates from another regional airlines CRJ 700 rates to show that your CRJ 900's were making more per hour on your road shows. Saying you made more than compass, well how hard is it they are only 6 years old... They only are halfway up your pay scale. You top out at 20.00 a hour less than all other 700 operators (top out pay eagle and other airlines have 20 year scale with a lot of 20 year captains.) You should have grown a set and said no thanks, have some pride in this industry and STFD! Thanks and don't ever ask for a ride on any of my flights! there is no room for sell outs!

What did you expect? They fell for fear/intimidation tactics. As for the yes voters, the bribe money clinched the deal. It was a known fact the CRJ-200s were all going to be parked, so 85% figured to take the money would be better than the supposed closing up shop.

Great idea... how do you determine who gets the sticker? I don't wanna see 45% of Pinnacle pilots running around with a 15% sticker, now!

It shouldn't be that difficult. Mesaba pukes are proud with their chest filled with integrity and colgan are just plain clueless.

Doesn't bother me any, what you guys don't realize is that we are not comair, the landscape is changing. The majors will be making more money which is good, regionals will be shrinking and making less money. Do you want to make 150000 as a captain of a regional that is always one cancelled contract away from going under or do you want to make 150000 as a 4 or 5 year fo? I don't care what anyone thinks of us becuase we voted and it over, it can't be changed. All the other regionals can go ahead and fight for industry leading contracts just so the can do what we did, go to chapter 11 a year later. Is it good? No but it's the way it is now. Pinnacle will be ok for at least 7 years which gives us time to move on or wait for a delta interview if they choose to do so

Started by a XJ guy after seeing and speaking to a Pinnacle ATL FO with the "Hired not acquired sticker". Kind of went open season shortly after that.

My favorite was JFK yesterday when a young lady was still wearing her Mesaba wings. She said she'd be happy to wear Pinnacle wings if she was ever given one. I never got my Pinnacle wings either.

I think the entire situation, and what it has degraded to is very, very sad. At the end of the day I hope that people can maintain their dignity, sense of humility and realize that behind every "attitude" there is a person that is probably really hurting in their own world. Trust me...I am one of them.

Little bit of movement...last two FO's I flew with recently got hired at Airways..also a few captains got on at Hawaiian..couple others who received a United email which from what I hear means a phone call pretty soon...some are getting out of the airline industry completely. Think my seniority has gone up around fifty numbers or so.

Why wouldn't one taxi single engine whenever possible. It's just better for the environment

Started by a XJ guy after seeing and speaking to a Pinnacle ATL FO with the "Hired not acquired sticker". Kind of went open season shortly after that.

I went to get mine and N.A said the only pair of Capt. wings left were broke. She handed me the wings and said I can just "superglue" them together. You can't make this stuff up. Classless company. Almost impossible to fix.

Hire the FO's and keep the 7,000 hour guys in the left seat. I really don't understand the selection process, but the FO's that got on at Airways are great dudes. I'm jealous but happy for them.
