and if we would of voted in JBPA we'd have nothing, be out a load of cash, and be lucky to have even had elections by now.

Even Mike and Bill (JBPA organizers) joined the committees to get something done. Meanwhile the the usual suspects troll the internet complaining. Very productive.

These rates are not spectacular, but at least they are going in the right direction. The 190 first officer rates look like Northwest's DC-9 rates before the merger. They put Republic's to shame. Hopefully, we can get all of our contracts to increase in pay as they are signed and start raising the bar again. The bar has fallen a long way.
 
Didn't the report clearly state they are continue working on these issues? So let's wait and see.

I guess 4th time is the charm huh? How many times do we have to do this?

No matter what the results you still won't have:

-Outside legal protection
-Not having to worry about continued ERISA test failing
-Zero scope protection
-decent work rules

I really want to be wrong but I've heard this song before.
