IBT 1108 Dreams of Strike vote 100%

89% is a good start with the election of an MEC that is working for the pilots. We just need to get the rest of the 11% to see the big picture here. Make no mistake the strike vote WILL pass. If you vote not to strike you are only hurting yourself.

Come on trolls, what do you have to say? What will be your spin on a 100% strike vote? Oh, you won't want to touch that one because you can't divide the pilot membership on that one.

Dream on. If the strilke vote is 100" then I figure I'll have 2261 beers to buy. But My wallet is safe. You just might get a strike vote, and I encourage you to support your leadership. I encourage you to support them to bargain in good faith.

Troll, you are are so predictable! Stop your union busting tactics. You are so easy to read.

If the company shoots too low all they do is shoot themselves in the foot. They've fired off enough rounds that they are almost lame. If the MEC and the pilots werent effective, you and your troll friends wouldnt be on here trying to stir up trouble. Stop the worn out montra about the offer and open company books. We both know this is just fluff. The current offer is an insult and the books are a joke.

The pilots are in good hands with the current MEC that 89% elected. They are fighting for what we asked. The only agenda they have is to fight for what the membership has asked. If we don't fix this contract now, the company will pull the same "bad faith" negotiations (or lack of) for another 6 years.

Go back to the labor relations department or your law firm and shut your pie hole.

1. Not a member of law firm or Labor department. Just an NJS employee.

2. You can make of the offer what you want, but what you see is what you will get, if you want anything. (I guess you prefer time out.)

3. Pilots are in good hands. If you mean your leadership, (Nicknamed the FAB 5 minus - That stands for minus brains I think, I have to ask the team who originated that phrase.) then you are in for a very rough and long ride. What did they do for Jason? What have they done for the pilots who were just fired? Nothing, because those individuals were wrong, and they can't fix it. So keep up your spirits and believe that they will do the right thing.

5. The problem is your definition of bad faith. The company has been bargaining in good faith, you just don't like the fact thay won't give you a 100% raise. It just sounds like spoiled children here in the "Casino."

Hey CMHtroll you want to run your mouth about jason? Step up and be a man. Go ahead and PM me. You know nothing about the situation but i'm sure i can show you a little new england hospitality if you keep running your mouth.

Is jason a friend? Your **CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED** right he is and he doens't need some scumbag like you trashing his name on a message board.

Your a loser and continue to push buttons because you have nothing else in your life. Why don't you do us all a favor and go for a boat ride in modesto bay. blurb blurb blurb

One more time, "we are negotiating for the pilots of NJA." Until NJS wants to be represented as bargining unit, there is nothing we can do to help or hurt you. Aim High is the mantra, is that hard to understand? How secure is YOUR job?

SO THE COWARDLY TROLL wants to start using proper names. I doubt it will be long before you are exposed and your tenure will come to an end. There are serious ethical problems breached here when you use a pilots real name to push your pathetic campaign. The pilot you have named will soon be reinstated and you have broken board rules and I intend to report this to the moderators. Bye Bye

That name has been posted on this board several times by one of your favorite people, NetJetswife. You didn't complain when she used it in her raising the tide campaign. I think the only reason that you get upset is that you see the truth in what I am saying and just don't like it. So you call it pathetic. You are entitle to have an opinion. Just as I have an opinion backed by facts.

Oh and be sure to thank Griz for the inspiration for the name. When he didn't agree with something he called someone a troll. A good name for someone who presents an unpopular opinion to a group of union boys.

Troll, You do live down to the your name. When the wheels come off it will be the fault of overpaid and excessive middle/upper management in their turf wars at Brideway and Easton.

Management failures continue to compound and I know you see it if you work upstairs.
Think morale sucks on the road? I hear it's worse inside.

Troll is frantically pushing our buttons, and for **CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED**z & giggles, I'm responding tonight.

Troll, your constant references to the company "bargaining in good faith" is UNREAL! Truly, you have GOT to be kidding?!

You are either being "played" by your many managers, OR, you ARE a manager.

The current MEC and their dozens of volunteers have the total support and trust of more than 82% of the pilot force. Continue with your smarmy attacks against them and I'll have to start thinking that you are possibly one of the previous LOSER FAB 5 MEC guys, posting as if you're a casino employee. Geez, this is really a twisted mystery! What they did to the pilots by abusing their trust was appalling.....it won't happen again.

Believe what you want, but I think you'll be embarassed when this is all over and you discover that your beloved NetJets has been less than ethical in their bargaining. It's a shell game and I believe it will be exposed.

We shall see!

FYI my censored word was very lame....sort of sounded like "ships".

The censoring makes it look like I said something REALLY bad...it wasn't too bad.

Sincerely,

Why is OS still booking 7 people on an X from CRQ to TEB...non-stop, when the temp is 90 degrees?

Why are they booking 5 people on an XL from LAX to CLT... NON-STOP?

Why are they booking 8 people on an XL when it only has 7 seats?

Those are good questions. Did they really happen or were they just fatigued? Now how often does that happen as opposed to pilots falling asleep in the cockpit? Not often I would guess. Now I hear that recording is the rage. ]

You really are amazing! I didn't know anyone could work so hard to live up to a screen name.
If you believe for a minute that either of those pilots were actually asleep you a complete, company owned MORON!!

You must have been one of those idiots running around on the morning of September 11th wondering "how on Earth could any American Pilot do that."
Those of us who truly know who is in those cockpits and what you go through and sacrifice for those crazy jobs never, never thought for one second that any or ours did that. We knew in our gut that those Pilots were dead or disabled before those aircraft hit.

There is nothing to point to any Pilot falling asleep except the word of one disgruntled Owner.
The delay in reporting the so called incident is suspicious in itself.
The Company's decision to terminate those crew members was asinine. It was simply an excuse to thin the ranks.
For all the crap and abuse that has come down on the Pilots since BB joining the ranks not one Pilot has done anything to compromise safety.
If you believe otherwise it just proves you don't know who the heck is flying those planes.

Voice recorders aren't going to cut it. We are going to have to start hauling video recorders along just to document our state of consiousness.

Lets hear some of them facts you keep babbling about. Tell us again how the company is bargaining in good faith? Tell us now, why is the FAs contract now approaching two years old?

Two employee groups, on the front lines of customer service mind you, and both of their contracts are LONG overdue???

Looks to me like this ship has a leak.

My guess is that CMHTroll is either Gary Hart, Tony Marlow or Bill Boisture. And seeing that Boisture likes to play head games with people, I'm leaning toward him on being the troll.

As an independent third-party observer, I don't see where the company is truly bargaining in "good faith." I see only egos in Easton and Bridgeway getting in the way of real negotiations. And if Warren wants to know where to invest his $40 billion in cash he has laying around at Berkshire, a good place to start might be the pilots at NetJets. That investment could pay large dividends in company growth...

You can play the blame game all year long... if you believe the company has bargained in bad faith it makes no difference to the NMB - they are the ones that have to be convinced.

IMO, I'd say offering a significant raise that takes you from the bottom of the fractionals to the highest paid, with benefits included, is bargaining in good faith. Especially, when many other aviation companies are taking pay cuts.

Anybody have a good chuckle that the people that "know the most" aren't even guys on the line? They are people that work upstairs or have no dog in this fight and just like to watch from the sidelines.

I find it amusing that people with no input on what myself or local 1108 do are the loudest voices.

It's all a bunch of white noise.
