NetJets Strike Vote Fails to be a concern to NetJets Employees. If the Union gets a strike vote then they still have to bargain in good faith, (yet to be seen,) meet the requirements of the NMB to review the company books and agree on the costing and financial history of the company. After they agree on the financials and finish two more mediated sessions then and only then the mediator may release the Union for self help. More than likely, the Union will be put in deep freeze or recess, that is unless the MEC can come to an agreement and put forth a TA to the pilots. It will be a fair wage for the fractional industry, it will provide schedules where pilots can make more money and it will provide scope that if NJ buys any new companies that NJA wil fly the planes. There is no single carrier issue.
