Have you got the concept that you are going to get a good increase, but not a corp. NBAA wage? If that is what you want you should go get a Corp. job, or be on call 24/7 and the additional duties that go with it.

!
Happy to be on call 24/7. As long as I only fly 300 hours a year and do maybe 60 or 70 overnites a year like the corporate guys.

DEAL!

Hell I would have the rest of the year off ....

Have you got the concept that we are going to get NBAA wages? Management will crack before the end of the year.

I wish you had as good a deal as we do.

You have it good compared to us, but you are definately lowering the bar for G drivers around the country.

It aint all roses at the international side. This was straight from one of your pilots.

  • Aggression was aimed at the company and was not totally for entertainment. His own words.
  • He has not been reinstated – check with the union.
Hey nancy boy don't forget to bring your "boy friend" to the next company propaganda roast.

Sorry, but the video was dark humor and if you saw it you would have seen the begining which was a disclaimer, and if you listened to the soundtrack it was qued to the action.

let me give you a perfect example of workplace violence-scheduler punches hole in wall of company headquarters while being escorted off property.

simple legal test idiot!

Oh, and did I say that I liked your dress nancy boy? now go and kiss your alter ego family guy.

I was out shooting my gun on my off day the other day. Is that supporting violence in the work place? I do remember a certain ACP that was fired for threatening to shoot some people in CMH when he didn't get the CP job he wanted. He was quickly escorted out of the building in handcuffs.

Can you say "EJA"?

EJM doesn't have a union. EJM work rules and pay on the support fleet (the old "float") were comparable to the EJA conditions... a little better in some ways and not as good in some ways.

If the existence of the union is the problem, why didn't EJM have the better deal that NJI enjoys?

See?

El Chupacabra said:
Yeah... They had a great deal. They all got furloughed.

Precisely my point! Aside from having about the same overall package as EJA, EJM, in spite of not being a union shop, was treated to a mass layoff of pilots shortly after Mr. Pod assured a pilot who asked a direct question that there would be no layoff, and that he was tired of all the "silly rumors". He even seemed hurt at the notion that this question was deemed necessary. This assurance was given at an all-hands meeting attended by over 100 employees.

Did the absence of a union make EJM a kinder, gentler place? I don't think so!

I don't get it a CRC rep? What's the big deal with that. CRC has been growing leaps and bounds and have been the one right thing bb has done.

Some Dude,
That is not supporting violence. That is being an AMERICAN. Nothing more American that banging away with your firearm of choice. I truly think NJA is against the Second Amendment. But that is a completely different issue.
Borderline Pinko's if you ask me.

Kind of ironic if you think about it. Using one Constitutional right to express another Constitutional right.

Almost forgot, CRC REALLY Rocks!

To you bottom-feeding, anti-union SELLOUTS, I have just one question that never seems to get answered by the lot of you.

WHY do you continuously throw your lots in with a bunch of coked-up, morally bankrupt suits who wouldnt piss on you to put you out if you were on fire. WHY do you continuously shirk your responsibilities to the integrity of this profession by turning your backs on your fellow pilots?

Is it some form of bizzare psychosis that causes you to jump through your collective-asses for anyone with a sliver of managerial power demanding judas-esque deeds for phantasmic promises of sycophantic career advancement? If that is the case, then it is our job as your fellow, unafflicted bretheren to beat/bleed the sickness from you.

I'd rather believe it to be a very potent form of evil, so that we may simply eliminate your cancerous presence from our besieged profession.

Workers of the world UNITE.

Ahhh...spoken like a true military automaton. You're used to doing exactly as you are told--no surprises there.

3500 hours? Of what, pencil pushing?

Loser.

So what's the deal, you all voted to strike and now you look to be released from mediation for the 30 day cooling off period prior to a strike?

You really think NJA is gonna let you guys strike? I still stick to my guns and say it would be the dumbest move they could ever make.

Yes...instead, you guys need to abort all efforts at forcing change and bend over the barrel a bit more often.

/whatever

No NJA won't let us strike. Why would they. Our requests are reasonable and in line with what other pilots flying similar aircraft get. What NJ is already paying pilots to fly similar aircraft in Europe!

But they will not be tested on this unless we first obtain a release from the NMB. If we had such a release as was expected this past June.... We would already have a contract by now.

Geez, must be nice to have such confidence. Why would they let you strike? Because when you strike they are also released from the contract- anyone can be replaced.

There is a bigger picture...
