Well I had another customer that was leaving NJA because of poor service. The guy spent over $200,000 on his latest trip and the company treated him like crap once again. All he wanted was his airplane to have a working DVD player. We show up with a DVD player MEL'd inop for weeks. The brief sheet specifically states "must have working DVD player." Three days later pick up another long time customer. He is pissed he didn't get the plane he owns and requested. He needed to conduct a meeting via telephone on the plane. Well guess what the phone doesn't work either. It's been MEL'd inop for days. He tells me the last trip the company couldn't get him home and left him and his business partners stranded overnight. He said he is not going to renew his contract and he won't recommend NJA to anyone. Instead of "Fort Fumble" we should rename CMH "Fort Crumble."

unless he wants to pony up 30-50 mil for his own he can just shut his mouth and sign back up!

where's he going? another frac? they all have the same $hit service!

back to 1st class on dreaded American Airlines? lucky to get a 50% diapatch rate there, no pillows, angry fat FA's, and other bitter staff...

NetJets will learn soon enough. Its a fact in business that its a matter of time before another company comes in and does the same job we do with better service. NetJets arrogance will ultimately lead to its demise. We joke that currently there is no where else to go but companies like Citation Shares ARE doing it better than the rest.

Its happened in every industry in history. Automobiles, industry, technology, etc...

They will learn and it will most likely be too late.
 
The fractional industry has thrived being the less expensive way to enjoy private jet transportation... Guess you do get what you pay for. :rolleyes:

G200, it is sad but true. Where else are they going to go? Other than getting back in the true ownership (outright) mold.

CS is doing it better, but for how long? They will surely hit the plateaus that the other frax have hit at some point.

People change horses because the one they were riding threw them. They know there is a chance the next one might do the same thing but are willling to take that chance. Citation Shares will benefit from Netjets stupidity, it's just business. We'll lose owners that remember the good old days and will gain owners lured by the snake oil that is RTS/Netjets.
If you are 'the right type' of owner, you'll get back up planes to assure your on time departures. If you're just an everyday multi millionaire you might get sold off or delayed, just because (we oversold our fleet). It's all a big game and it really is more egos than anything.
 
The aircraft I fly is very expensive. It was a long trip on a Marquis account. His company owns a full share. This was a personal trip therefore he used his Marquis card.

And there you have the dirty little secret. I have backed up the Gov, two planes deep.

Mr and Mrs Johnson from Pigs Knuckle, AR, get sold off or worse wait up to eight hours for a recovery like I did last tour.
