Need Info On Air Cargo Carriers (ACC)

I don't work for ACC, and haven't interviewed with them, but I'm guessing probably what's hurting you is your total time. Seems like they like to hire really low time guys (700-800 hrs), probably in the hopes that they'll stay there for a long time.

They might look at someone with too many hours as you just wanting to fill some time until you find your next job, then leave them high and dry.
Just a guess.

If you look at the gouge sites, all of the guys getting hired have 4 year degrees. Go figure.
