More terminations at FLOPS

Must be a REALLY SLOW sinking ship. Many of us thought it was going to tank literally years ago. I think FLOPS is going to pull out of it and the pilots will get a nice contract.

Do you honestly think any of us believe a single thing that comes out of our management's mouth? Especially Pencil-neck's, Michael Shrinkage? Do you ever actually finish reading a post before your knee starts jerking to respond?

Jesus. Guy hasnt worked here for years and tries to tell US what a crappy place FLOPS is to work, like we dont already know that sh**. How about we just discuss the totally obvious instead of the amazingly obvious? (I think I've flown with you before)

Hey I got an idea dude!!! Lets run over to the Airline forums and tell the Delta guys how stupid THEY are!!

On a serious note, 2 questions: did you do anything, at either company, Flight Options or Netjets, to help build a Union and the necessary solidarity? Also, when you were at Flight Options and things looked so bleak for the Netjet pilots during their protracted contract fight, did you ever, even once, talk about how they were never going to get the contract that they wanted, or how forming their own local wasn't going to help?

100 bucks says no to the first question and yes to the second.

I know flops likes to hire guys with little to no experience or guys without a degree or guys with violations or dwi's.

It's quite a stretch to compare a lack of a degree to little/no experience, violations and dwi's. You're not even close.
