all of these scenarios were digs on mesa management. if you want to kick mesa out of alpa that will really help you guys get better contracts as mesa who is now non alpa helps lead the race to the bottom that everyone here blames on mesa. maybe a new strategy should be pursued, instead of bagging on mesa guys every chance you get you should support them as section 6 negotiatiations start in less than 1 year. that contract when it does come could make or break the regional industry.

Oh my God! The voice of reason!

How many of you guys answer the telephone in your hotel room? Like the FO in the video who gets JM'ed/

I sure don't.

Did you see the outtakes where the same guy was showering with his ID? Hillarious.....

I was laughing my a$$ off when I saw him.....he had bigger boobs than that FO chick did!! Was it just me or did it look like that Captain ate a couple of his FO's?? Jesus, loose some weight!!

"Camping Out"? Can someone explain that?

The contract requires hotel rooms of overnights greater than 4 hours.

Some CRJ PHX based overnight flying out of LAS will take you to -- say COS for example -- and back with less than 4 hours so no hotel room. With nowhere to go at 3-4am the crews "camp out" on the aircraft until the next flight, typically in the 5:30 to 6am time frame.

Oh. Thanks.

There is a message in this and a lesson to be learned.......

The MEC along with Pro Stan is telling you straight up... that if you come to MESA....YOU WILL BE BENT OVER THE KITCHEN SINK.....AND YOU WILL LIKE IT. We, the UNION at MAG, are not strong enough, nor unified enough to fight this. So it is our recommendation that you smile, be nice, and take it....up the you know where.....for 15 minutes or 15 years, your choice!

At least thats what I heard.

Sounds like an organization stepping over a dollar to save a penny. Just leaving the APU running for that time period would easily burn $2-300 in fuel, while hotel rooms would cost perhaps $150-200.

I work for Mesa and I cant ********************n believe our worthless union put this POS ******************** out. What a waste of union dues and resources. I almost couldn't even make it through the whole video. This video makes our pilot group look like a bunch of weak company types. They should have made a video concerning contractual rights and what the company can and can't do to their pilots. I swear most new pilots are absolutely clueless when it comes to their contractual rights and accept everything that the company gives them.I am embarrassed to even work at this company now and more pissed than ever before. Besides our POS contract, I now know why some many others pilots cringe when the word mesa comes up

While true this doesn't effect JO -- your airline or holding company pays for the fuel, not him.

True, but name a regional that is not getting bent over the sink right now?

I have come to learn that "Union" really only means for the employees of UA, US, DL etc.... regional unions are like high school clubs, only less organized.
