All US and some Canadian pilot Payrates are available to ALPA members online at www.alpa.org

Login and goto the "committees" tab and then scroll fown to research center. And then look at the menu on the left and you can find info on Pay Rates, Work Rules, Retirement, Scope, etc...

All Regional pilot compensation is regrettably pitiful.

Those are some AWESOME rates, Mesa and Pinnacle!!! My 2nd year FO pay at ASA is more than 20 year FO pay at Mesa and Pinnacle....Hilarious!

Hey, but it's OOOOOkKKK, 'cause they'll get that quick upgrade and as soon as they get 1000PIC FedEx or jB will be knocking on the door. Right?

It's OOOOOOOKKKKKKK, it's only for a few years, right???

Or my personal favorite............. "I voted no"

Keep in mind that the PNCL contract was signed in '99 before any of the great contracts like Comair and Air Whisky were signed. We didn't just sign this crappy contract like the Mesa guys did.

Anyone here have Air Whisky's pay data?? I'd really like to add them to the site.

Let me be the first (on this mesa-bashing thread anyways) to say thanks for posting the rates.

Who was it on another thread that said the regional airline industry is the only place where pilots bitch and moan over $2/hr?

Mesa bashing in 2 seconds flat, a new record!:o

That's because 2/hr is a 10% difference in pay for a regional FO, whereas it is only a 1.3% difference in pay for a mainline FO. (Assumes 25/hr for regional, 150/hr for mainline)

That makes it a big difference. I don't think it is unreasonable to complain about a 10% difference in pay. Grow a pair and fight for the pay you deserve. Johnny O continues to profit hand over fist while the pilots get the shaft for years to come. I'd fight for every cent I could get from that ba$tard.

I personally don't get why the need to bash any regional...

All the rates suck.. Look back about 4-5 years they were much worse and that included Air Wisky, ASA, and Comair.

If for nothing else the "trend" does appear that the pay and QOL is slowly increasing across the board. Now before anyone goes and bashes Mesa any further.. There will always be one or two companies that keep the field level or will lower the bar. The majors/nationals have done the same thing, but I don't hear too many people complaining about those companies now...

In a year or two we will see where Pinnacle falls into the group.. No longer having just 250 or so pilots with only Saab's and a handful of jets with "promises" of more. 1300+ pilots later and 130 something jet's should change those numbers.

767-300ER,

Thanks for putting that website together.
