"quotethought the same, had to laugh at the poor bastrad...."
"he must be one hell of a stick though with that many hours behind him.

"
"Oh yea. And you have 5500 hours and your only a 2 year FO at a regional. You must be a real peice of work "
For those of you so interested in my backround, and want to slam me for being a second, albeit almost third, real "regional" FO...since you are such aviation studs and are probably 1500 hour "wonder jet" captains....here you go.
I Flew for a Jet charter company for almost 2 years, after CFI'ing for 2 years. So when I decided to leave that world for the "brighter" pastures of the 121 world, I had about 2400 hours TT. I flew at a "regional for about two years before moving on to even brighter pastures. As some of you heard, the aviation world was turned upside down not long after that. So, excuse me for finding a job a a regional that at least offered me the chance to fly great aircraft to great locations for a rate that myself and my family can consider a livable wage.....where 20 year FO pay is not less than my companies second year pay. and yes, when I decided to go for a third "Airline", I narrowed my choices to one of 3, or maybe 4 companies only. Can many of you say that? Oh, the ones that were definitely out were Mesa, Chatauqua, Mesaba, Pinnacle, Trans States and any Usairways or United express company.
And yes, I am a hell of a stick.......
